Smoky Hookah is a restaurant in Dubai (Palm Jumeirah); open Mon–Sun 17:00–03:00.
Rooftop shisha lounge on Palm Jumeirah with a view, music and a club feel. Smoky Hookah, the rooftop lounge and nightclub at FIVE Palm Jumeirah, is a shisha-led spot with views over the Palm. Reviews are mixed: some praise fresh tobacco and clean hoses, while others find the cocktails and shisha inconsistent in quality and value. Go for the rooftop shisha and the club atmosphere, with the cocktails treated as a secondary choice.
